FIT CHICKS

My oldest daughter changed my life in MANY wonderful ways! As a physical therapist, I thought my daughter would be active in sports as she grew and would come to love many of the things I enjoyed. But alas, as many of you moms know, my daughter is her own person. She is brilliantly creative and artistic but never really found a physical activity she enjoyed.

She DID inspire me to try to come up with an exercise class that she WOULD do...........hence, "FIT CHICKS" !!
